Established in 1985, GMAC Mortgage was born when the founders bought the mortgage business from one company and the service operations of another. They combined these two entities to form the company that is known as GMAC Mortgage today.

The mortgage company is known as GMAC Mortgage Corporation. It is an auxiliary branch of the General Motors Corporation, which ranks among the top companies in the world for providing financial assistance to corporations and individuals alike.

The mortgage company is known both nationally and internationally for providing mortgage loans for residential dealings as well as retail ventures. GMAC Mortgage also provides home-owning assistance to its valuable associates through the GM Family First program.

The home services division is the direct to customer branch. GMAC Real Estate is one of these services and it offers a team of professionals nationwide to help homeowners make the most of their sale. Our relocation division helps companies relocate employees and helps employees make the smooth transition from one city to another.

The final division of the GMAC Company is the bank. GMC Bank provides individuals with services for their financing needs. From checking to savings accounts, insurance to valuable investment opportunities, GMAC Bank has everything that our customers need to meet their personal banking needs.
